ODS Alaska is excited to be a part of improving your health. ODS offers Muni members and their families innovative, high-quality healthcare with comprehensive statewide and national access to providers.
ODS Alaska PPO Network
The ODS Alaska PPO Network is for Muni members living in or travelling through Alaska and are enrolled in a PPO plan. Participating hospitals include:
- Providence Alaska Medical Center, Anchorage
- Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center, Kodiak Island
- Providence Seward Medical Center, Seward
- Providence Valdez Medical Center, Valdez
- Mat-Su Valley Medical Center, Palmer
Participating Ambulatory Surgery Centers

- Geneva Woods Surgical Center
Participating Imaging Center
- Diagnostic Health, Anchorage
Muni members in Alaska can see any licensed physician within the state, however we encourage Muni members to receive services from participating ODS PPO provider’s as they will benefit from ODS contracted rates and enjoy additional out-of pocket-savings.
Medical providers and hospitals in the lower 48 states and Hawaii
Muni members living or travelling outside of Alaska in the United States can access physicians and hospitals in the PHCS Network network.

While Muni members may visit any licensed dentist within the United States, by selecting a Delta Dental dentist Muni members will maximize plan benefits.
