eDoc Statistics since July launch
eDocAmerica, an online service, and the 24-hour Registered Nurse Advice Line were made available to our fully insured groups on July 1. Existing fully insured medical groups will receive these new services upon their renewal. ODS has also began offering these extended services to our self-insured accounts on a per employee, per month (PEPM) fee basis.
Since July 1, ODS has observed the following statistics for eDoc:
- 36 groups are currently enrolled in eDoc.
- 1,999 employees have access.
- 42 employees have registered on eDoc.
- 25 employees have used eDoc.
- 60 e-mails and follow-ups were sent to and from eDoc.
- 7 doctor office visits were saved as a result of eDoc.
The registered nurse line has received approximately 45 calls since July 1 and the average speed to answer was 2 seconds.
